Age Requirements
The Full Experience is recommended for guests aged 13 and older. Guests under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. Parental discretion is strongly advised for all ages during the Full Experience hours.
Health & Safety Warning
This attraction contains intense audio, strobe lighting, fog effects, confined spaces, uneven terrain, and actors who may approach guests closely. Not recommended for individuals with heart conditions, respiratory issues, claustrophobia, or those who are pregnant.
Refund Policy
All ticket sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be issued. In the event of severe inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances, tickets may be exchanged for a different date.

All ticket prices listed above DO NOT include applicable Florida state sales tax.
